Celebrate a historic birthday!
Host your child’s next birthday party at the History Center, and enjoy the fun and festivities. Our parties are available in a variety of themes.
Art a la Carte: This fun-filled art party brims with color and creation. Choose from activities including Florida Highwayman-style painting, Native American pinch-pot pottery, Victorian papier–mâché, sand art inspired by Florida’s beaches, and citrus-stamp art.
Campfires & Cowmen: Explore the adventurous life of a Florida cowman during frontier times. Grab your lasso, and try your hand at the trade that made Florida one of the largest cattle states in the nation.
Courtroom Capers: Your birthday boy or girl can be the judge in a light-hearted mock trial in our historic courtroom. Learn why judges wore wigs, why they use gavels, and other interesting courtroom traditions.
Dapper Dan Mustache Bash: Travel back to the time when manners and mustaches ruled. Enjoy fun facts from history, and learn how to wiggle your own mustache (provided) to send a message.
Tutus and Teacups: Learn about traditions and culture in the days when Victoria was queen of England. Decorate a beautiful Victorian fan, and learn fun facts from an era long ago!
