Join museum director Michael Perkins as he reviews the seminal events that shaped Central Florida history from the Civil War to the present. The 1950s brought economic development and high-tech businesses to Central Florida. The area’s transportation network grew, tourists came by the hundreds of thousands, and Florida became internationally known as the land of sunshine.
