Welcome and thank you for purchasing a Membership through Google Offers! Here are some of the most frequently asked questions about redeeming your Google Offers voucher and starting your Membership.
What does my Google Offers entitle me to?
Your Google Offers voucher is good for one Family Membership. You can review your Membership benefits here
How do I use my Google Offers?
You must redeem your voucher to start using your Membership.
How do I redeem my voucher?
One of two ways:
1. Bring a printout of your Google Offers voucher with you to the museum and hand it in at the front desk or use the Google Offers smartphone app to display the voucher. You will be asked to fill out a form to help us process your Membership. The front
desk staff can issue you a temporary Membership card and your benefits will start immediately.
Within two weeks, you will receive your Membership card and information.
2. Go to the Google Offers Membership Redemption form
and complete the online form. You will need your Google Offers voucher. You will receive your Membership card and packet within two weeks. If you wish to utilize your Membership in the meantime, please inform the staff and they will be happy to assist you.
Is there an expiration date on my Google Offers?
You must redeem your Google Offers by May 9, 2013. Your Membership will expire one year from the date of voucher redemption. For example, if you redeem your Google Offers voucher on May 15, 2012, your Membership will expire May 15, 2013.
