The Orange County Regional History Center invites the Central Florida community to a festive holiday celebration on Wednesday, December 2, 2009, beginning with entertainment in Heritage square at 5:30 p.m.  Following the lighting of Heritage Square, the History Center will be open free to the community.
  
Orange County Mayor Richard Crotty will flip the switch to light Heritage Square at sundown (approximately 6 p.m.). Following the lighting, guests can enjoy a festive, family evening with musical performances, Santa Claus, crafts, activities, and more.
