Join us for an intimate dinner with Susan Butler, author of bestselling biography The Washington Post calls "the single best book that we now have on Earhart's life." Butler also takes us behind the scenes of the 2009 film "Amelia," inspired by her book, starring Hilary Swank, and recounts her experience on the set.
Susan Butler has also chronicled the correspondence of FDR and Stalin in the acclaimed book, My Dear Mr. Stalin: The
Complete Correspondence of Franklin D. Roosevelt and Joseph V. Stalin, which was translated into six languages. As a freelance writer, Butler's work regularly appeared in The New York Times and Barron's. In 2008, she was named a MacDowell Fellow
and she is currently working on her next book. Butler resides in Lake Wales, Florida.
