Watch Central Florida history come to life through dramatic court case reenactments, cast your vote as a member of the jury, and hear our historian reveal weird and wacky legal tales from our region’s past.

Between courtroom sessions, enjoy games, themed cocktails, photo ops, and special activities throughout the galleries.

Experience our 1927 courthouse like never before during this adult-focused evening. Whether you’re a history buff, true-crime enthusiast, or just looking for a unique night out – the verdict is in: this is one night you won’t want to miss.

EVENING SCHEDULE

Guided Tours | 5, 6:30, 8 p.m. Explore the History Center with expert guides who’ll share fascinating stories about our 1927 courthouse and the permanent exhibits. Tours last approximately 55 minutes.

Courtroom Reenactments. Witness history come alive in our historic 1927 courtroom as you join the action. Take on a role as the judge, the accused, or a juror – and help decide the verdict! Featured cases include:

  • 6 p.m. – The Case of Lena Clarke. This notorious case is based on real events that led to the death of a former lover … but who killed him and why?
  • 7 p.m. – The Case of Edee Greene. Greene was a real trailblazing woman journalist in Central Florida. Join the fun in this fictional case about a newspaper column gone astray.
  • 8 p.m. – Legally Blonde: The Musical Trial. Enjoy a fun theatrical twist on courtroom drama based on the hit movie Legally Blonde!


Game Room 
5 – 9 p.m. Challenge yourself with history-themed trivia, vintage games, and interactive activities. Perfect for mingling or enjoying a break between courtroom sessions.

Interactive Experiences 5 – 9 p.m. Enjoy activities throughout the evening, including:

  • Make Your Own Judge’s Gavel – Create a unique souvenir to take home.
  • Meet the Experts – Chat with local historians and experts in the field.
